Vomit up you pride

Practice your stride
Swim with the tide
Forget that you’ve lied
Forget that you’ve died
Forget that you’ve cheated, betrayed and spied
Forget that you’ve lost all the tears that you’ve cried
Forget all the people in which you confide
Pollute the air through which you glide
Saunter, slip, ripple and slide
Every spoken word, lofty and snide
