Obama!........doesn't take office until January 20th

In the wake of the excitement generated by Obama's election, it's easy to forget that we still have two and a half months of W and company to suffer through before we can roll our collective sleeves up and get started. Now as an official lame duck President, Bush will likely sit on his ass some more, enjoying the luxuries of the White House while waiting to be escorted from the premise Jan.20th with more pomp and circumstance than he deserves, probably off to Crawford Ranch where he'll spend the rest of his days laughing his monkey laugh on the porch with Cheney and the gang as the remember how bad they screwed us all. And isn't that just exactly what we need considering the multitude of problems we currently face as a nation? A do-nothing approach for the next two and a half months? Hell no it isn't.
