My landlord is.....Headed for the border?

Another quick development in my current housign crisis has had quite an unsettling effect on my roomates and I. Coincidence is a funny thing, and it just so happens that ever since we recieved a forclosure notice in the mail, we haven't been able to get in contact with our landlord. Weird huh? He's a young guy, prolly 27 or so, and has seemed a little more than shady during the 1.5 years or so we've been paying him rent. guess all that rent money we were giving him in cash wasn't exactly goin in the bank to pay the mortgage eh? My guess, he's halfway to Mexico by now...
