Where is our Observatory

Just a quick rant today. I was out by Wege pond, staring at Albertus, when the dome of the observatory caught my eye. If you were'nt aware, the telescope up there hasn't worked for some time, prompting the question of why such a valuable resource that our college could be utilizing is up there rotting??? How about some budget money for that?
